Womxn’s Breathwork for Bravery

In this recorded session from the 8th of March, 2021 - International Womxn’s day, we dive into one of the main reasons for many womxn to hold themselves back when it comes to bravery.

3:30-13:30 What holds many womxn the most back when it comes to bravery.
13:30-26:44 Breathwork session

Before you start the video, find a quiet and comfortable space, and remember to go at your own pace when it comes to the Breathwork session. A blanket is lovely to put on you as your perception of temperature may shift during the breath. I personally would not do this form of Breathwork while menstruating and would also breathe less intensively if you are pregnant. At no point in during this session will I ask you to hold the breath. If you have Asthma, you may want to have your respirator next to you to feel extra save. Consult a doctor about this two-step breathing if you have any concerns about it. In the video (starting 13:35 Min) I describe how to breathe.
